This flour is amazing for baking and I find myself repurchasing it whenever we run out. The kids love the treats I make with it and have even tried their own hand at coming up with new concoctions. High quality, never had issues with the brand or their products. Highly recommend!

I do a lot of baking at home and found this to be a great new pantry staple. The flour smells fresh and gives me excellent results. I see no difference to what I usually buy, which is more expensive. This has been an excellent find and something I’ll buy again

This self raising flour is not only affordable but it’s just as good as the named brands flour. I’ve baked a few cakes with this self raising flour and can’t tell any difference. It rises well and it’s quite fine, I haven’t been sifting it and it still turns out well. It’s unbleached and preservative free. I’m really happy with it.

My kids love a good home baked treat and black and gold self raising flour was perfect! It was no different in taste or appearance to some other well known brands. I would certainly buy again!

School holidays means heaps of baking. Great quality. Usually go for the brand names and was surprised that the quality was there. Made one lot of biscuits already. Plenty more baking to do and plenty of happy faces to share all the baked treats with. Thank you for including us in this review

I often use self-raising flour in my baking so I was keen to see how this Black and Gold variety would compare to my usual brand. My rhubarb and yoghurt cake turned out deliciously perfect! It was soft and moist and tasted so good that I received lots of great compliments from my family. I found this self-raising flour to be excellent quality and for only $2 for a kilo bag, it was such wonderful value for money! I will definitely purchase this flour again in future and highly recommend it!

Self raising flour is a staple in my cupcake recipe. Creates a perfect light and airy batter which produces the delicate yet delicious cake.

Great price and quality- used this along with other black & gold products to make the most delicious and fluffy scones.

My favourite Date and Walnut loaf is giving the Black and Gold products a good workout. Have not used this product for quite a while as no stores were close to me. Going on holidays i will be taking what is left of it with me to eat at rest stops. I find the quality, use and taste comparable to more expensive brands and will be using it more frequently as I now have a store close by.

I love to bake and have tried plenty of flour brands over the years and Black & Gold Self-Raising Flour holds up really well. It’s simple, reliable and great value for the price. I used it for scones and they came out light, fluffy and delicious. A great value basic and everything what you want from a self-raising flour.

Really lovely quality flour, smooth and no lumpy texture. Cakes rise well with this flour and taste great. Preservative free and unbleached. Great Australian made flour. Great size package to last for a long time. Environmental friendly packaging., it’s also able to put in an air tight container so you can keep it for longer..

Good quality flour with no nasty ingredients. It was soft, not coarse and there were no lumps. My baking turnes out well and risen perfectly. Love how it is Australian made.
