Self raising flour is one of the most used item in my pantry. I have used most brands found in the supermarkets. This flour is comparable to any top or big brands out there. The quality is no less than any of the higher priced ones out there. It is probably slightly less finer than some top quality flours, but for the price, it is of a good value.
