There were two ingredients…coconut and preservatives. It does have sulphites in it so if you have any allergies beware; but I’m lucky enough not to have any. I enjoyed this very much…I ate it straight from the bag.,,,,but also added to yoghurt and cereal. It’s packed in Australia so I appreciated that we were involved in the supply chain somewhere. It had a long use by date. It wasn’t expensive. I’d buy this again.

I can definitely recommend this coconut it is so good for slices and cakes and has a great flavour I will definitely be buying more of this.

We usually get desiccated coconut for baking/sprinkling and this was a nice change. I added a handful to muffins that we were making with other B&G products, and we enjoyed the texture whilst still maintaining the coconut-like taste. We preferred the batch of muffins containing both the shredded and desiccated coconut. Also tried it in making granola, and it clumped relatively well!

Past few days I have been using in overnight oats and also added some shredded coconut to pancakes! Taste is delicious and the extra texture is superb. Quality is high and I’m very impressed. 250g bag is excellent and it stores well in an airtight container. Aroma from the container is pleasing and oh so yummy!
