This is my go to sour cream purchase. It is very good value for money and it tastes so good. the texture is creamy and is Australian milk. I use this on nachos and in soups and as a dip with crackers and vegie sticks. I would recommend this product.

We’ve tried many sour creams and this one was right up there. Wasn’t the best, but for the price (very decent in the current economy) it was creating worth it and will be thoroughly recommended. Top tip is to always stir before using and it helps to mix it together.

This sour cream was just as thick as the other name brands I get, which was my main worry as I wanted to use it to make French onion dip. I made the dip and let it set in the fridge for a few hours and it was perfect. Not runny at all.

Sour Cream is a staple in my house. This Black & Gold product was great! I added it my butter chicken sauce for a easy weeknight meal.

Used the source cream to make beef stroganof in my slow cooker. Was a great way to use this rich and creamy source cream. It would also be nice on nachos or with tacos. The end result was really delicious. Mixed well when it was stirred through the sauce

The Black and Gold sour cream was pleasantly surprising.

I wasn’t sure what to expect; would it be a runny sour cream? Would it be as creamy as the sour cream I am used to buying?

The answer was yes!

Not only was it thick, it was super creamy and delicious.

My kids who are quite picky and used to their “favourite” products initially turned their noses up at seeing a container that was a different color to what they were used to seeing. Surprisingly, they loved it!

We had it on tacos and notably the sour cream were used to buying is perhaps even a little too runny for tacos.

The Black and Gold was the perfect consistency.

We will definitely be buying this brand again for our meals.

Great item would definitely buy again worked well with Chilli Con Carne and Nachos and Tacos and Enchiladas. Tasted like it should and definitely Creamy. Would try the light next time just for a change. Sour Cream Biscuits and Slices are definitely on the menu for this product as well.

This sour cream is really thick & creamy very popular in my family with Nachos. My both kids loves to add sweet chilli sauce in it and eat with wedges. We really like its tangy flavour and nice texture. I would highly recommend this product to all families along with individuals

I love to do cooking and i wanted to make Nachos at home. I love to use sour cream in my recipe but I didn’t have at home. I went to IGA to get one. I bought Black and gold brand . I wasn’t familiar with this brand’s sour cream but its was pretty cheaper price than other ones so I decided to buy one. When i used it I realised that why i was wasting my money to buy expensive ones because I am getting same taste in cheaper price. From now onwards i will buy only black and gold sour cream. I’m a busy mum doing All the things, so I don’t always check the use by dates when I’m shopping, plus I tend to use the products within the week. Was disappointed to find that the sour cream expired the day of purchase so didn’t get to try it as such. But it looks really good.

Tried this sour cream over the Bulla one I usually buy. It’s not as creamy but once it’s mixed with other ingredients it taste just the same!
Amazing to add to any Mexican dish or a pumpkin soup! Yum.
