Sweetened Condensed Milk
This sweetened condensed milk is great! I love that it has a pull open lid so there’s no need for a can opener. So convenient. The flavour and consistency are exactly what you want from condensed milk. We use it for coffee and for making sweet treats and it works perfectly. It’s a great price and surprisingly good quality for a cheaper brand.

A favourite dessert of mine to make is a caramel slice, and this sweetened condensed milk was a fabulous addition to my recipe. It was easy to cook with and tasted wonderful. The can is filled with lashings of the indulgent, thick condensed milk and the size of the can is the perfect amount for my recipes.

This was so easy to use with the lemon slice and chocolate coconut balls that I made. It was easy to pour out of the tin and mixed with the other ingredients I was using. It tasted exactly as I expected and had the right consistency for making the lemon slice and coconut balls. This will become a staple in my pantry and a product I’ll use regularly.

I honestly can’t believe that I can get a can of exactly the same quality as the expensive brand name competitors for so little money! I never would have thought to have tried this brand of condensed milk. I am absolutely stoked and consider me converted! I used the condensed milk to make my usual lemon slice that I pack for recess or arvo snack and let me tell you, it’s never tasted better!

I think the super budget looking labels of Black & Gold products make me think they’re going to be low quality, so I was very surprised by how good the sweetened condensed milk was. I’ve tried other home brand condensed milk and they were kind of gritty and awful. The Black & Gold condensed milk was smooth and creamy and I honestly couldn’t fault it. Has a handy ring pull top so no need to get a can opener all sticky. I wouldn’t be ashamed to serve something made with this condensed milk. I made chocolate bailey’s balls and they turned out perfectly

I didn’t expect this condensed milk to be so good, especially for the price. It’s sweet, creamy and worked perfectly in desserts I made at home. Honestly, it tastes just as nice as some of the more expensive brands. I’ll definitely keep buying it for my baking.

I recently purchased the Black & Gold Sweetened Condensed Milk (397g) and made a choc caramel slice. It’s a great pantry staple and a budget friendly alternative to other brands. It is also a great option for baking and deserts. Taste is very similar to other brands, and I would definitely purchase again.

I used this in a lemon slice that I regularly make and the taste was good. Tastes exactly the same as other brands. Throughly recommend.
