I found these breadcrumb unlik other brands have various sizes which gives them a nice honemade fine breadcrumb feeling. They adheared well (basic flour, egg first) goldened nicely and had a lovely crunch. Perfect for crumbing schnitzels and nuggets home, or for adding in dishes-meatballs and mornays being my family favourites.

The kids love crumbed chicken and fish and they love to get messy cooking it up in the kitchen with us. It’s a really nice family activity we all do at least once a week, so crumbs are a staple in our house. We dip in egg then dip in crumbs, Parmesan cheese and pepper then cook!

This was great for using as the crumbs for my chicken schnitzel. Would buy again

Used bread crumbs to make some burgers, turned out great. Couldn’t notice any difference compared to other brands. Good value for money
