I love how quick, and convenient it is to cook this brown rice. It only requires me to microwave it for 40 seconds and the end result is perfectly cooked and fluffy brown rice. I like that I can microwave it straight from the cup and there is barely any preparation involved. I also like that the rice doesn’t taste or smell stale and it’s very easy to eat.

As a time-poor, working mum of a toddler, I need healthy meals that can be ready quick.
