Tried the Black & Gold tasty cheese despite being it bit reluctant to something other than the big brands. We eat a lot of cheese and the kids loved it. It was great melted on a toasted sandwich, grated on pasta and sliced on crackers. It melted smoothly and slices easily.

My son enjoys melted cheese sandwiches or croissants for a lunchbox treat. He is also obsessed with the perfect cheese pull, the black and gold tasty cheese block did not disappoint. It’s also great as a snack and melts well when grilled on used to top a meal. It’s reasonably priced compared to other cheeses and is good quality.

The trial gave me the opportunity to try the black and gold tasty chees.It is a winner in our family.

This cheese has lovely texture and pleasant lingering aftertaste and delightful matured cheese flavour.
All in all a very enjoyable richly flavoured cheese and very suitable for all cheesy recipes.
During our leisure roadtrip to Dubbo Zoo it was a perfect inclusion for a fine charcuterie/antipasto platter and a cold ploughmans’s style lunchlike I did.

Use this for the cheese topping on top of our pizza base. Worked really well in the whole family enjoyed it. Taste fresh and I believe it’s of good value. It’s also perfect for children’s sandwiches. I like that it’s a great source of protein as well as calcium and made from New Zealand Milk.
