we love them

We have these many time a week and my children love to put some in a cup with a bit of cayenne pepper and some apple cider vinegar and then eat them with a spoon. We also add them to so many dishes like curries, bolognese, salads and a variety of other things like making dips with them. Thy are super healthy, filling and very tasty.
