I really think this is a great product for those who need to watch their salt intake! I personally recommended this spam for my father who needs to monitor his sodium, but loves his preserved meat

Spam is a main stay in our pantry and we always get the low sodium option to lessen the guilt. This flavor is tasty and great to be paired with rice and egg.

I grew up having eaten Spam so I’m used to the flavour. It’s salty and best served when sliced and fried up. It like a meatier bacon.

Spam was another tinned food that we purchased to take away for one of our camping trips. The taste was not quite to our liking.

My son was wanting to try Spam for ages now, any how it came on a 1/2 price special so I bought a can. He fried it up gave it a try and then said bye bye. Into the bin it went , it’s a no for spam for this young man. Now he knows why mum never bought it before.

Family has grown up with Spam and is good they have the less salt and Lite version as the original one even though good find it a bit too fatty and salty . Nevertheless, always tasty and great to eat on its own or even fried without needing any oil .
