My pantry is always stocked with tuna cans for in the go lunches. Quick, easy and relitivly mess free. This is a great tuna without the added calories from what they are usually mixed with. Nice tuna taste too

Tins of John West tuna can always be found in my cupboard. I make tuna patties mostly, but tuna dip makes an appearance too. Not bad in sandwiches also good tossed through a salad

I love eating this buy itself or mixed in with salad. Makes a nice quick snack or even with some crackers or salad for lunch.

I buy these big tins of tuna for when I want to make tuna bake. They are a great size and great price. It is also nice tuna. I just wish it had a ring top opening instead of needing my can opener.

This tuna is tasty, versatile, healthy, and affordable – whats not to like? I always have a tin in my cupboard – we use this so much, we buy it in bulk from Costco.

The only tuna i buy these days as it is always good quality ! I much prefer springwater to the brine or olive oil alternatives as it just feels better for you !

Joh West light tuna in springwater is a lovely tasting tuna l like to eat by itself or in sandwiches or on crackers.I like the chunky style for texture.

When I make tuna mornay John West is the tuna I use as the texture and chunks of the tuna gives my mornay the proper consistency and the taste is scrumptious.

Tuna chunks in spring water are ideal as they allow you to add any flavours you like to taste just the way you like. Really yummy
