Love Gourmet Garden Ginger paste for cooking. It gives a fresh, aromatic ginger flavour without having to eat chunks of ginger (my little one isn’t a fan of eating ginger). Always fresh, and in an easy to use tube. I love that its so easy to squeeze required portions.

The ginger paste is possibly my favorite of the Gourmet Garden pastes. It’s really easy to use, works well in lots of recipes, and keeps for a reasonable length of time.
