We eat a lot of pasta at our house and so I am trying to choose pastas that have more nutrition like fibre. I was pleased when I found this Vetta Fettuccine High Fibre pasta and have since used it numerous times. It cooks up to a nice quality pasta.

This pasta is super tasty, and I love the added bonus of extra fibre. Tastes great, and cooks in similar amount of time to regular pasta

I loved this pasta and especially loved that I was serving my family extra fibre in their meal. I did find that it took a few minutes longer to cook, though not as long as wholemeal pasta. It combines so well with classic vegetable ratatouille for a healthy, nutritious and tasty dinner.

Honestly there is no grainy texture or nutty aftertaste you tend to get from other high fibre pastas. The texture and flavor is the same as regular padta so you can pretty much substitute it and none would ever suspect
