We use this gluten free pasta regularly since it’s so tasty and healthy. I really appreciate that it doesn’t get all gross while cooking, as some gf pastas tend to break down quite a bit, and it has a lovely pasta flavour. It’s easy to use to whip up some quick dishes for dinner when you’re short on time! We love making an avocado pasta with it.
