Before I transitioned to a plant based diet 3 years ago, Walkers Shortbread biscuits were my weakness. I found there was no substitute for the buttery, crumbles of this shortbread biscuit.

Great multipurpose biscuit, can be used to eat for tea and coffee. Or can be used to make as a shortbread crust or cheesecake crust.

I absolutely love these and look forward to them at Christmas time. They are buttery and give a nice crisp snap when you bite into them. I always put mine in the fridge because the butter can go a bit “funny” in the heat, plus they taste better cold. I love dunking them in tea, icy cold milk or even Baileys.

One of the best shortbread you can buy. Thick cut, soft, buttery and totally moreish! I always buy these when on special, or for special occasions!

Can’t beat these for shortbread! I’ve tried to replicate these at home but nothing is as good as the originals! Too easy to demolish a pack though lol

For a mass produced shortbread these are really nice. Nothing is better than homemade, but this is certainly a lot easier than making it!

This is the perfect treat to curve any sugar craving. One shortbread gives me the energy hit I need and I can actually stop at one unlike other sugary sweets. It goes well with tea and one shortbread is rich enough but also has just that little bit of saltiness to make it even yummier. It is a little expensive and sometimes hard to find at supermarkets but they are more reasonably priced near Christmas time and have better deals then so stock up then (the Scottish Dog Shortbread and Christmas shapes are really cute and make great stocking hampers.)
