I am very proud of myself. I have completed the 30 day squat challenge :) the challenge ends with 250 squats and in those first few days of the challenge I was pretty certain that wasn’t going to happen! But I stuck with it and completed those 250 squats. It did take me a few sessions during the day to get all 250 but I did it! I am actually so pumped from the experience that I am planning to do it again and looking for other similar challenges. I am thinking of adding push ups to go with the squats to get my arms toned a bit too. Just so chuffed with myself :D
