Mum purchased an air fryer and raves about it, so I thought I would give it a try. I started off with the basics (sausage rolls, leftover fish and chips (awesome!), crumbed chicken for honey chicken) and was pretty happy, if not entirely convinced that it was much better than an oven. I then decided to be a bit adventurous and try air frying Camembert cheese… I have had fried Camembert at a restaurant and was instantly (albeit guiltily) hooked. With my air fryer I thought I could still have my molten morsels of melty goodness with less guilt (being air fried rather than deep fried). A trip to Dr Google later, and I was set… The Camembert was cut into cubed, dunked in the batter and breadcrumbs, squirted with a bit of olive oil, and lovingly placed in the air fryer basket.

It ended about as well as you would imagine.

Needless to say, next time I might put baking paper down first!

P.s. If anyone has had any success air frying camember cheese I would love to hear your tips!
