Anyone else's MoMs points playing up???

Just out of curiosity … is anyone else experiencing problems with their points after making a comment/post? I think I must have an internet issue, I can see my comment but no points registered for it =( I have emailed MoMs but no response, so not sure if my emails are even working =(

Hopefully it’s only a once off and doesn’t continue to let me down.

I think the points is not instantly given . It may take a few minutes or when it refreshes again .

I have noticed when on Facebook I don’t get the extra 2 points for recommending the article. I’ve emailed MoMs, they asked for screen shots of the articles not registering so they can let their technicians know and fix it. Haven’t heard back and still not getting bonus 2 points for recommending. Also, your comments have to be so many words long to register for the 5 points

Yes!!! I’ve been having problems with not receiving points for recommendations, and after a few comments but not as much as recommending pages. Been in touch with Warwick and jacinta but they can’t see any problems and I can’t go back and get screenshots of all recommendations-which they wanted. Very frustrating!!!

    Same here.. Most are at least one or two years old, so not sure if answering old questions and reading old articles have any relevance?..
