So this year I decided to get creative and attempt a birthday cake for my son. I wanted something that he would love so for us it could only be an angry birds cake . After hours of googling pictures and how to tips I decided to make my own mashmellow fondant and try to get something that looked like an angry bird. Mind you I’ve never been a great cook so this was a first for me lol. So after three days and just about as many attempts I had my fondant so I went on to bake the cake just packet mix nothing fancy except colouring haha. It to me was like climbing a huge mountain it took forever. So all in all from someone who burns toast it’s possible to have an awesome cake if you just try hard. It’s also coming up to my next sons birthday and he has nicely let me know he wants a transformers bumble bee car cake yeah I know sounds like so much fun I will have pictures for that one too
