Our old boy Bull was put down 3 days after Christmas last year. I’m heartbroken and confused. Bull was taken to the vet and it seemed all she wanted to do was put him down. She didn’t have a look at him to find the problem or if it could be treated. If the choice had been given, we would have chosen treatment over death. Now I have to come to terms with our beautiful boy being at the bottom of a hole in the backyard. Breaks my heart

Sorry for your loss of your beloved pet. Pets are a big part of a family and the loss is real and difficult. Hope you find some comfort.

I am crying reading this. Pets are such a massive part of our lives, its heart breaking to say goodbye
