First excursion - Real Mum story on MoM

My miss4 just had her first outing with kinder today. A real excursion. But I still fully supervised her, as I was one of the mums who was on duty for the field trip. Their excitement began to evolve on the bus ride to get there. Everyone rugged up with their woollies & waterproof coats etc. Blimy it was cold, but this did not dampen the kids enthusiasm one little bit. The rain made even more of a novelty. Splashing in the rain with their gum boots was lots of fun (for them). Not for the mums who were getting the brunt of it. But coffee made up for it. A great day was had by all. Lots of stories to be told at the dinner table tonight. Can’t wait for the next trip.

How exciting for your little one, their first school excursion! Would have been a bit nerve racking for you, except you went along. I love being a help out parent of these trips. They wouldn’t be able to have them without parental help
