I never got into colouring in. I was given a gigantic dot to dot book tho. I thought wth!? But I loved it

I had a look on eBay and found some great books for cheap prices. Also keep an eye out for specials in kmart and big w. I love colouring. Such amazing stress relief!

You can get them quite cheap at kmart and the dollar stores. We also print out a lot of colouring sheets from the computer.

I use the adult colouring books and love them I have bought some at the cheap shops at not to bad a price about $3 -$4:00 also at the pop up bookshops at shopping centres they are $7 and good quality.

You can also download images from the web to colour for free.

Colouring is a form of open eye meditation with the pencil strokes going back and forth. We used to use colouring in women’s shelters to help quiet the traumatised mind.

My daughter loves colouring them in with me and I find they are a great way to bond with her still.

I have some too, but I really enjoy my kids “trash pack” book better, big pictures and you can use multitudes of colours. However don’t get me wrong when I feel like being a grown-up colouring I pull out the patterns depends on my moods.

I have some but I don’t get around to using it. I will have to try harder

I have seen these books but never used one. When my daughter was young we would colour in and draw for hours together and it was a relaxing way to spend time together so I can see why tees would be enjoyable.

Great stress reliever and fun to do.

They are not cheap as my daughter bought one for herself . I have seen them at other shops and even the Post office so look around and you will find more available now .
