Hello!

I was given a gift of grown up colouring books and love them. They are quite expensive in the book shops and to be given a gift of these books is truly wonderful. I am enjoying the relaxation I get from these books.

  • Colouring is a form of open eye meditation with the pencil strokes going back and forth. We used to use colouring in women’s shelters to help quiet the traumatised mind.

  • I have some too, but I really enjoy my kids “trash pack” book better, big pictures and you can use multitudes of colours. However don’t get me wrong when I feel like being a grown-up colouring I pull out the patterns :) depends on my moods.

  • I have seen these books but never used one. When my daughter was young we would colour in and draw for hours together and it was a relaxing way to spend time together so I can see why tees would be enjoyable.
