lol yeah no-one celebrates this where i live. i did see a few people dressed up when i went into town but no-body comes knocking. i think that if you want to do this then you are better off organising to visit your friends for candy lol.

I can’t believe Aussies are so readily adopting yet another American tradition that has nothing to do with our history. Why can’t we come up with an original Aussie celebration ?

What a pity that your child missed on Halloween. My daughter was invited to a Halloween birthday party yesterday evening and she had a great time. My husband and I used those hours to go out and eat something together. For the first time we were not at home opening the door to a lot of scarying kids!
