Helpful assistant - Real Mum story on MoM

I had the most lovely shop assistant help me today. I was looking for stocking fillers and she asked if I needed help. I told her the amount I wanted to spend and she filled up a basket with sale items and then I went through them. I was so happy and delighted wit the items and with the assistant. Great service deserves to be mentioned and I told her supervisor. I hope she gets a bonus!

Good job highlighting this person’s great work. We are often so quick to point out poor service and forget to applaud good service. Well done.

  I was so surprised too with the shops being busy! Surprised but delighted and I will go back there again in the New Year.
