There are a hundred reasons why I should – and I can counter them all.
There are a thousand reasons for me to try – and I have excused them all.
There are a million reasons for me to succeed – yet I believe I am not worthy.
Most days it is so hard to love myself – it scares me.

I am a strong and independent woman, filled with happiness and light – I am worth it!
Aim for improvement, not perfection – just do it!
Life is beautiful, and so am I – believe it!
I am worthy of self love – I will achieve it!

I have a major problem with my daughters self esteem. I am truly at a loss as to why she has so much self doubt and poor self esteem. She was bullied a lot throughout school which explains a lot but she is now 21 and should be well clear of that. I constantly tell her she is loved and clever but nothing seems to help……I will never stop looking for answers as there is nothing worse than seeing your children unhappy.
