Hello!

i was a shy kid, with not many friends. my best friend in school, college and uni were different. and they lasted only until we studied together. but i found a true friend when i became a mum. my first child was a girl, she was so demanding and such a cry baby, always wanting more attention and affection. more than my two other kids. we both took time to understand each other. our feelings and needs and fears. she is only six today but knows most things i am thinking at that time…and so do i. she gives me the joy and happiness no one else can. we have lots of fun as well as little fights together. we do crafts and watch cartoon movies together. we even brush at night together. i do sometimes try to make her do things alone and she does them as nicely but than i feel she will do it when i am not here but as long a i am in this world we will just be there for each other. and i an sure i won’t let go…my best friend…

  • Truly sweet, I don’t think I’ve ever been that close with anyone.

  • I’ve had a similar story in terms of acquaintances moving away etc, but my son is and always has been my best little right hand man and friend.

  • Mums and daughters share a very special, unique relationship. I’m lucky to have my mum and two daughters. Also very blessed with a sister. I’m glad you’ve found your lifelong best friend in your daughter.
