I went to the shop today. I just needed to grab some milk. I was in a hurry, tea was on the go, bub was getting grumpy, other kids had school stuff to do. Straight in, grabbed the milk, raced out and home again. Finished tea, washed up, bub in bed, older kids school stuff done. I was really looking forward to sitting down with a lovely cup of tea and putting my feet up for 5 minutes. The milk was off!!! Aaaaarrrrrgggghhhhh! I checked the use by date….3 days ago!! How does this happen? Shouldn’t the stock be checked regularly, milk should be done daily i thought

That’s really bizarre, I know at our supermarket there is always some rotating the dairy stock. I hope you took it back for a refund and free replacement.

How annoying! Bring it back today. I try to always check the expiration date, but when you are in the hurry it’s easy to forget it.

How horrible! You should definitely complain to the store you purchased it from – not good enough at all.

  They will want to know and be a little embarrassed too.

    They will feel embarrassed as shops do not want to sell out of date products to consumers.

Ooohhh, that’s so bad! I know what it’s like to have a mouthful of drink with off milk in it. They should rotate and check their milk stock daily. Did you complain?
