I honestly thought that once the election had ended, with Abbot winning, it would be the end of people bringing Rudd down. Yes Rudd made mistakes. Most Prime Ministers and politicians do. But now I have people constantly commenting on how the issues with Indonesia are Rudd’s fault and Abbott has to “fix it”. Damn right he has to fix it because he is the current Prime Minster so he is the person that has to do it.

But do people seriously think determining who is at fault will really fix things? This is just a petty bunch of hearsay and finger pointing to try and make someone look better than what they do. At the end of the day I do not care who is at fault. Be it Rudd or Abbott. I care about how it is rectified. I care about the future of Australia and ensuring our country is still safe and secure.

Trying to lay the blame (be it Liberal, Labor, Tom, Dick or Harry) is not going to fix the problem!! So we need to get over it….

I agree, it’s very frustrating. I personally think our political system is an embarrasment to the rest of the world
