Poor kittens - Real Mum story on MoM

One night my partner went over a friends place for a few drinks and his mate went for a walk to the milk bar and saw this bag on the side of the road moving. So he went over to it and there was movement in the bag. found out that the 3 little kittens in a plastic bag on the side of the road that had been dumped that so they took them home and open the bag and 3 little innocent kittens were in it. My partner rang me and told me about this one little kitten that and jordan and few days later we went back to go get home and now i have a really good cat does lil and really good with kids so all worked out well.

Sadly; this happens way too often. Owning a pet comes with big responsibilities and sadly not everyone takes them seriously.

Dumping is such a cowardly and irresponsible act. Glad the kittens were found.

Thanks for all your comments and our cat is a lovely little cat and he adores the kids. Animal cruelty is sickening

I’m not an animal person, but I don’t understand why people do this – there are humane ways (like the RSPCA) to deal with unwanted animals.

this is so common that people dump animals instead of doing the right thing. I am so glad this story had a happy ending and that you got a lovely family pet out of a bad thing others had done.

That’s so sad that a person would dump innocent kittens like that. Glad they had a happy ending though.

One of our cats was rescued by a vet whose friend had found her with her tail chopped off and fur burnt. We took our first cat to the vet and got asked if we’d like another one. She’s still small from the trauma, but is now 11 years old and still going strong.
