Reading material on a plane - Real Mum story on MoM

Going through the airport gate I always pick up a newspaper to take on board. My usual daily newspaper read consists of flicking through pages, however when I’m on a plane I read every single article. It’s amazing what one can learn by reading what is going on in our world. I’m not a fan of crossword puzzles but will get my mind working when I’m on the plane with giving it a go. The same goes for the quiz. Strangely enough the last quiz night I went to had a question that I knew the answer to just because of what I’d read on a plane.

I believe crosswords are really good to do as they help the brain work and that also lowers the risk of Alzheimer’s disease.

  Crosswords and puzzles are definitely good for this and for grey matter; have to keep it working!

I love cross words and quizzes. They really do get the grey mater working.
