Hello!

I love boots. Especially knee high boots! My problem is that because my legs and calves are so skinny, they just swim on me! I’ve tried boots with a strap at the top to gather it all in but, it just looks puffy and the kind that lace up but, they’re few and far between in nice styles. I can get them adjusted but the adds to the cost as it is around $180 to get them altered. I’d love to buy some from Europe where boots come in different calf sizes! I wonder if I could get hubby to take me on a holiday!

  • Yeah I often have the same problem, it’s so weird – I don’t think my legs are that skinny! oh well…first world problems and all that!

  • I have a different problem. I have wide feet, especially across my toes. The only shoes i can find wide enough are mens. Consequently I mainly wear mens’ sneakers. They are going to be too hot travelling up in northern Aust. so I need to find some sandals – not with pointy toes as seems to be the latest ladies’ fashion, and to a lesser extent mens too. Looks like I do the rounds of the shoe shops to find a suitable pair. Not really looking forward to it.

  • Have you tried to find and buy some online? My hubby thinks knee high and higher boots are for bikie molls. Lol. Silly old bugger.
