This looks yummy! Another thing that I do when making meatballs is to add the meatball ingredients (breadcrumbs, herbs etc.) straight into the plastic container the mince comes in. You have to be a little more careful when mixing if you add too many extras but it means you don’t have a extra bowl to wash up!!

The addition of macadamia is interesting. And gloves are a great idea so you’re not scraping them from under your nails for days after ><

I make something similar however have never used lemon juice or lemon rind…this would certainly give the meal some zestiness – thank you for sharing, look forward to trying this.
