I could eat a bowl of this soup now, the flavour combinations are amazing, and you can tell that this soup is full of flavour. Using the BBq chicken is a great idea, saves from the additional cooking. Yum!

I absolutely loved that recipe. It is quick to make and packed with flavour. It is perfect for using up that left over BBQ chicken meat. The fresh flavour of the lime and coriander with a bit of spice from the curry paste ensures a taste bud sensation for any asian food lover. I added a couple of Kafir lime leaves from the garden which went down a treat. Great recipe!!
