A sweet lunchbox treat.


Ingredients (makes 10 -15 balls)

  • 3 Weet-Bix, crushed
  • 1/4 cup Sultanas
  • 1/4 cup Apricots, finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp Cocoa
  • 1/2 cup Condensed milk
  • 1/2 cup Coconut

Method

  1. In a bowl, combine weet-bix, sultanas, apricots and cocoa. Add condensed milk, mixing well.
  2. Roll tablespoons of mixture into balls. Toss in coconut.
  3. Store chilled in an airtight container.

Notes

Chop and change the dried fruit as desired. 1/2 cup of condensed milk is half a 400 gram tin.
