A Panda Nail Varnish Painting Tutorial

Material

1 White Nail Varnish
1 Black Nail Varnish
Toothpicks
Cotton Buds

Method

Paint each nail with a white circle or half circle (depending on how long the nail is) and let dry.
Using the cotton bud make two circles for the eyes and ears with the black varnish and let dry.
Using a toothpick and the white varnish, dot on the pupils for the eyes. Let dry.

Unfortunately…I don’t have a steady enough hand. I am sure it would look like there was something wrong with my pandas…..Great idea though and very effective!
