  • Ask for advise. Listen to it but don’t worry if you dont do it. U know your baby the best. Remember to love yourself.

  • Put some money away each week whilst waiting for bubs so you always have funds for nappies and wipes and medicine

  • Don’t be afraid to ask for help and time to yourself

  • Take other mums tips and advice. You will not stress out.

  • No matter what, you’re a great mum. Don’t let’s others judgements cloud that fact ????

  • Don’t stress about buying the ‘best’ of everything, what the baby needs is your love ????

  • Try and do housework with bub strapped in a pouch or in a bouncer next to you so the dishes get done or when they are asleep don’t be afraid to get sleep yourself as long as bottles are done.

  • Trust yourself you are the expert on your own baby.

  • Simply put, listen to the 50 thousand pieces of advice that everyone will shove down your throat and then listen to your gut instinct. You will always know what’s best for your child. Listen to your gut.

  • Every Baby is different, and you may have a baby that is easy going and fits in with the family routine. On the other hand you may have a baby that requires a bit more work. Experience you will learn, remember to outreach for support and tomorrow’s a new day.

  • Relax and take one day at a time as they grow up way too fast

  • Don’t be afraid to ask for help.

  • There is no right way to parenting. Your way is the right way. Don’t be so hard on yourself, and soak up all the resting and relaxing you can. Most importantly, enjoy your wee bundle.

  • It’s ok to be sad/frustrated/over whelmed. These are all normal feelings. It’s ok to ask for help and it’s ok to sit and do nothing ????.

  • Take time for your own health and dont stress the little things.

  • My ultimate advise to new mum is sleep while you can before baby arrives. Have enough rest and don’t be so hard to yourself. It will get easier along way. I find the newborn stage was the hardest part and after that everything was a smooth sail. Try to relax, deep breath, eat healthy and sleep while baby is sleeping. Ask some help and support.

  • The only thing baby needs is love! Some days will be hard, some harder, the days will feel longer but cherish every moment because one day they won’t be little babies anymore.

  • If something is working for you then don’t listen to others continue to do what works. When it stops working then chanfe it. Don’t let others put you down

  • Follow your instincts

  • “Remember your baby never heard about all those baby books and wonderweeks. Don’t expect your baby be exactly like books say. We are all different and we all just need to feel safe and loved”
