Taking dozens of little elastics out of my daughter’s waist length hair after a day at the beach. Each little elastic was holding pockets of sand, it was awful!

I have straight hair, when my daughter was born she had curly hair. I had to learn that you cant treat curly hair like straight hair – the more I brushed it the frizzier it got!

My kids thought it would be a great idea to let their older cousin give them haircuts and there were lots of new lop sides fringes, bald patches and mini mullets

Grandbaby number 2 due soon, this would be awesome as grandbaby number 1 had quite a bit of hair loss

getting Bunch’ems stuck in my daughters super long and thick hair. It took me over 3 hours to get them all out. I had to work strand by strand to get them out and not have to cut them out.

Head lice..! It just takes one carrier from daycare and it just spreads like wild fire through ou household! So annoying!

When our beautiful boy was born he had so much hair! Our disaster is simply the bald patches that are slowly creeping all over his gorgeous head (which is both hilarious and devestating). Help us silkytots!

My child used his craft scissors and cut his own hair. It was awful.

When my daughter Jessica was almost 2 we went to a friend’s barbeque. Grown-ups left the children with lots of toys and little did we know that their 3 year old had scissors. Stewie cut off most of Jessica’s hair. They were so proud! Stu and Lyn were devastated but we said it was OK as her hair would grow soon.

Massive bed hair with entangled bows and piggy tails! My girl has beautiful blonde curls but after a swim & sleep it was a train wreck! Not to mention the 20 plus bows to get out!

My son had such beautiful tight ringlets, it was the absolute cutest! Yes, past tense, had and was.
Mum babysat him whilst l was giving birth to his little sister. To my horror when my son was bought in to meet his sister, his beautiful curls were all gone!!!
