now all the kids are at school I have plenty of time to really experiment with my cooking! my signature dish at the moment is roasted vegetable lasagne.

I love to cook but at the moment im cooking the same boring thing night after night. I need something to kick my spirits back up high and cook wonderfully yummy foods for my family. Having this book would be wonderful as i can carry it in the kitchen with me instead of running back to the computer. Signiture dish….. would be shep pie. i grate so many vegies in it my 2 yr old doesnt notice and eats it. he loves it.
