In the fast paced world of running a family, taking time out often gets a back-seat in your day. With evolution we offer outdoor group fitness sessions at 6am, as well as 7:15 and mid-morning sessions in many locations, giving you the flexibility of choosing what works best around your commitments – you can focus on a bit of me time before the rest of the day truly gears up!

Our program has evolved as we have grown to 20 locations in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane since 2001, with a balanced approach to health and fitness, our commitment to you is to provide flexibility, variety, accountability, support and community!

Sessions are varied and unique, as trainers regularly update the content and are constantly working to improve their sessions – the workout routines mix up running, boxing, agility blast, kettle bells, Pilates, yoga, resistance training, kayaking and more to keep things interesting, and provide maximum results.

Supporting a charitable initiative in Bolivia called “You Move Me” (donating prosthetic limbs to amputees); our training groups are given attendance milestones.  Calculating that if those attendance targets are hit, donations from evolution alone will provide the entire annual budget for the centre in Bolivia.
