Wholesome Child aims to clear the confusion about what is best when it comes to your child’s eating habits. It’s a comprehensive guide for parents that will make meal-times far more enjoyable and nutritious for the whole family.

  • We’ve had all sorts of health problems – the kind you can’t really prevent. Healthy eating is a really important part of our efforts to avoid preventable health problems, and set our kids up well for life. If they know how to eat well, they’ll be better placed to stay healthy.


  • Eating healthy is essential for each of us to feel good, all day every day. Food is the fuel that keeps our bodies chugging along, a good balance of fats, carbohydrates, fiber, sugar and protein along with the necessary vitamins and minerals different foods contain.


  • It really scares me how some families live on junk food of all descriptions. We have a take-away as a treat for special occasions. We love our vegies and fruit and go for long walks as a family.
