Being of Italian background I used to make pasta by hand until I developed early onset rheumatoid arthritis. With the Phillips Pasta & Noodle Maker I could return to creating homemade pasta and noodles and making some of our family heirloom recipes for my brood once again.

Because our love for pasta in this family is amazing we love it any which way,but most of all we love fresh pasta,it has a taste and texture all of it’s own. And added to that we grow our own tomatoes to make our own sauces.

i have always wanted to make my own pasta, its fresher and i can also make it so much healthier using spelt flour or other lower gi flours that would make controlling my husbands diabetes and also my gestational diabetes so much easier. but the freshness yummmmm

I have a super oldschool pasta maker and I refuse to buy ready made pasta, always make my own and either cook it fresh or dehyrate it and store it for later use. This would be amazing to have and it would make it much easier for when the entire family comes over

It would be the perfect addition to my kitchen as I’m over having to buy pastas. I’d love to be able to make them from scratch and know what actually goes into it. This would just make cooking so much easier and more enjoyable.
