To breather and cherish every single moment

To try… And if you don’t appear to succeed then look back at the journey taken to get there and you’ll realize that you havent failed at all but you have lived your life to the fullest!

To live your life full of gratitude means you will never see an unhappy day. When you are constantly looking and what you don’t have you will never appreciate what you do have. So before I go to sleep, I count my blessings (no matter how small they might be) and it works, all my worries dissipate away and I’m left with contentment in my heart, ready to start a new day.

What you focus on grows. This is true in every situation. Time can heal all wounds but it is the change of focus that allows us to get some perspective and be able to move forward.

The most valuable advice was given by my dying Mum who said ” Get on with your life”. At the time I thought it was the worst thing she could have said but it has helped me so much in the years since, though I still grief her passing.

You are unique, just because others have “this & that” and do “this” doesn’t mean you have to. (words of encouragement my mum used to always say to us every night)

My mother always told me to choose my actions carefully and if it isn’t true, kind or necessary to think twice!! I wish my mum was still around, on hindsight there are so many things I’d love to ask her about life.

My mother told me to respect my elders and never answer back. I have many a time said the same words to my ten children.

TO TREAT OTHERS AS YOU WOULD WANT TO BE TREATED AND EVERYTHING YOU DO, PUT A HUNDRED PERCENT IN, THAT WAY, YOU WILL BE TREATED AND RESPECTED THE SAME

The more you love and give to others, the more will come back to you. If you spread unkindness and nastiness, then you become your own worst enemy.

mother said to me when I was quiet young and had come home on the bus without paying,’Never sell your soul for the price of a bus fare!”

Trust your instincts as you often know more than you think you do,
… which is fortunate! 🙂

That it is much more fun to smile at your enemy than to frown, it confuses them 😉
