Supporting his health is essential to our family. Everyone in the family needs to be healthy from the big people to the little people. Supporting and encouraging each other is the way to go and this program would be perfect for budging the extra padding!

You want your dad to be around for ever and supporting their health is paramount as he is the pillar in the family and with out him it is just not the same. This is just what he needs to help get on track to a healthier future.

He was hit with pneumonia some years back and it keeps coming back each year with a vengence and he can’t seem to kick it.

This prize would be for my husband. He is an amazing father to his boys, our daughter and a great role model to my son. He has let his health and fitness slip looking after everyone else. He means the world to us and we want to see him fit and healthy again.

It means everything to me! My dad has heart problems all from not looking after himself, my hubby was going down that same path but slowly getting him into better habits!! He’s just the best dad just needs a lil push to be the best example!
