Well I’d like to say my kegel muscles support my pelvic organs, but given I’m scared of peeing every time I sneeze, I’d say they’re not doing their job! I’ve only had 2 kids but the pelvic floor took a battering with the 2nd; certainly could do with this prize.

My kegel muscles are weakened from chail birth and doing exerxcises help but not 100% winnig this would help get them back to almost great like before having my son and i wont be afraid to sneeze or cough in public again.

My Kegel muscles haven’t been doing their job for a long time now, getting worse. It would be nice to cough, sneeze, laugh, jog or even take a long walk without fear of embarrassing myself, just being able to do what comes naturally and stay continent and enjoy life.
