As soon as the kids finish school for the year we wash everything I then get them to put in back in their bags so it’s ready for the next year. We also get stationary sorted a month before so we have time to get the special things from TEMU

Diarise everything in my mobile phone calendar. Day and best time to get school supplies, another date for uniform order and then pickup. Check the sales for insulated lunch boxes and drink bottles. Diarise date to buy, especially first day of sale. Have a baking day to freeze for lunches.
