It’s snuggle up with the kids time and I love that! Give me a rainy day, a blanket and hot chocolates with marshmallows all round and I’m in heaven.

Winter time means snuggling up and lots of warming hugs, drinking warm hot chocolate from little tiny mugs. Tucking in the little ones and making sure their snug, then taking in a movie or a cuddle on the rug!

I love dressing up in warm clothes during winter. Sitting in front of a wood fire is a comforting thing to do as well.

During winter I watch green shoots push up and grow from the bare earth. Then, when I think the sun is never going to shine again, the big, yellow daffodil trumpets open up and make the long, cold days worth it.
