5 lucky tennis fans will receive an Australian Open 2016 ground pass for a family of four!

The Medibank Community Fund is giving five lucky tennis fans and their family the chance to win the best value ticket in town to the Australian Open 2016.

An Australian Open 2016 ground pass provides access to all outdoor courts as well as Hisense Arena. Valid for one day only from Monday 18 January 2016 to Sunday 31 January 2016*, the Australian Open Family Ground Pass tickets can comprise of either 2 Adults and 2 Children or 1 Adult and 3 Children.

See the stars battle it out on court and soak up all the entertainment around the grounds on what promises to be a big day out at Melbourne Park.

    Health and physical education we should not ignore!
    Nowadays children spend too much time indoor,
    We should encourage movement, play, outdoor time to explore!
    Obesity rate is far too high,
    Parents should also get involved- Dare to fly!

  • Kids learn and mimic you, so to get kids more active you need to be more active yourself. It is as simple as walking to school instead of driving, playing outside at home or going to the park and kicking the ball. The incidental physically activity is just as important as planned exercise.


  • To always be healthy, live life having fun, enjoying themselves and feeling like there kids, to be able to do what kids do best, using all their energy to be physically active and entertain themselves with their imagination!


  • They would be healthier and happier kids who will grow up to be healthier and happier adults.


  • so they have a healthy body and mind. if they start being more active at a younger age they are more likely to continue into adult hood.


  • Not only great for their health, but it means that they are away from technology and brain numbing things.

  • With the growing obesity epidemic with 1 in 4 children in Australia overweight or obese, it is a priority for our kids to get out in the sun, to move more and to enjoy sport instead of being in front of a screen. It improves their mood, fosters their love of exercise.

  • So they live longer and healthier increasing their chances of being able to look after me when I am old and grey! – they will need it


  • Being physically active can help fight childhood obesity and help them to lead a full well balanced life. It also helps with learning brain development.
