  • I cut up all my vegetables put them in a zip lock bag spray in Canola Oil then add herbs like Rosemary and Garlic etc.then shake and pour onto oven tray and bake in the oven. Add that to a nice baked chicken and steamed vegies healthy meal no stress

  • 4 bean chilli with tortilla crisps. It’s quick to make and we always make a big batch so we can freeze 2 extra dinners for those busy nights.


  • We often make a smoothie with lots of greens apples and bananas. This is very filling and healthy.


  • My favourite is chicken with a large mixed salad, no dressings required with it. Little calories and raw vegetables is just great for you and the family.


  • I think overall we eat quite a healthy diet as a family, although I am not sure that we have a favourite meal anymore as we often have the same thing. We really need some new ideas…


  • Oven baked chicken breast with a side of green beans. 1/2 cup of 100% fat free italian dressing, 1/4 cup of soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of mustard powder, spring onions, salt and pepper. Try it! It will become the most requested (and easy) chicken dish.


  • We love making salmon and veggies on a Sunday family night.


  • My family’s favourite meal is lasagna because it tastes so good.


  • We absolutely love making our own poke bowls at home with rice, avocado, raw salmon, seaweed, picked ginger, cucumber and edamame beans. Absolutely delicious, filling and customised to each of our own tastes.


  • A vegetarian lasagne because it’s packed with veggies and makes a hearty weeknight dinner!


  • Our families favourite healthy meal is Thai pork balls and salad. The recipe I use is literally pork mince and herbs! No hidden nasties! And I always make a big batch so we have some for the freezer when we can’t be bothered.


  • Homemade meatballs and spaghetti is a winner every time in my house.
