Cards, flowers and warm hugs – the simple things in life are often the most cherished.

Rather than my mum I would make my Nanna feel extra special this Mother’s Day. She has had a rough year with the passing of my Grandfather. Sitting in front of the heater with a nice hot cup of tea while watching the football on TV would make her day.

Surprise her with my yummy creation of Twinnings Jasmine Tea Cake, a cup of Twinnings Jasmine Tea and a bunch of Jasmine flower inthe morning on her bed.

Nothing gets the day started better than with a good mug of tea! I will make her one, onces she arrives so she can relax and put her feet up!

Spending time with her is what makes my mum feel special. Just stopping in for a chat and a cuppa is all she ever asks for. Some time with Twinings and each other.
