  • I eat a well balanced diet, spend time outside for fresh air and vitamin D, and I make sure I exercise regularly.


  • I add Wheat grass powder to my smoothies and I eat lots of oranges and mandarins.


  • I have been implementing a healthy diet, with lots of fresh fruit & vegetables, and limiting processed foods


  • I get Vitamin C and vitamin D supplements, drink kombucha, eat fermented food and wholemeal food, walk 10,000 steps every day and try to get a nice sleep every night.


  • I drink lots of water, get a daily workout playing with the kids (I even get weight training when I’m picking up my youngest) and to the best of my ability I get plenty of sleep (when the kids allow it).


  • I like to keep things simple as that is best for health. so healthy eating of a balanced diet with heaps of veggies,whole grains and fruit,low sugar and low processed foods. as well as regular exercise.

  • I live a plant-based, non-toxic household. I take propolis liquid daily and sit outside for at least 15 minutes a day for some sun shine. (I have a low white blood count, so I need to do everything I can to support my low immunity)
